President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi held a series of phone calls with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Kuwait’s Emir Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia’ Al-Sudani following Iranian attacks targeting several Arab states

Sisi affirmed Egypt’s full solidarity and its categorical rejection of any violation of Arab sovereignty or threats to regional security, warning of serious repercussions for stability

The talks underscored the urgency of de-escalation and a return to dialogue and diplomacy as the only viable path to resolving the crisis, with shared views on avoiding a broader cycle of violence in the region
